Citrus juicer (0508-002)
$36.00
I started making citrus juicers recently when a student broke hers and asked how to make a replacement. They're fun to make, and fun to glaze, as the sharp edges create interesting breaks in the glaze. 3" x 6"

0508-001_bird_feeder.JPG
Bird feeder (0508-001)

I made this pot as a tray for bird seed, but it works equally well as a tall platter for food. The pedestal base is textured right after throwing, using a wiggle wire. 5" x 10.5"

1208-005_ikebana.jpg
Salt glazed ikebana vase (1208-005)
$36.00
1208-005
This ikebana vase has a stainless steel pin frog epoxied in the base. These pots are made upside down, so the top edge is formed by the cut-off wire against the wheel-head. 2" x 5"

1208-006_ikebana.jpg
Stoneware ikebana vase (1208-006)
$36.00
1208-006
I put a dark blue glaze on the top of this vase, then sponged it back off, so it only stayed in the grooves created by my cut-off wire, before glazing the whole pot in a celadon. Contains a stainless steel pin frog. 2" x 4.5"

0709-003_two-part_salt_ikebana.jpg
Two-part ikebana vase (0709-003)
$58.00
This orange color of this two-part ikebana vase derives from the flashing slip I brushed onto it. The textured top comes from undercutting it with a wiggle wire. 3"x7.5"

1107-005_berry_bowl.jpg
Berry Bowl (1107-005)
$36.00
A small berry bowl, decorated by sponging a dark blue glaze onto the bisque and then covering it with a smooth white glaze. 3" tall x 7" wide.
